Mr. Endres has practiced business and commercial real estate law for over thirty years, successfully negotiating real estate and business purchase and sale agreements that exceed a billion dollars and representing clients who own more than one billion dollars in real property. He regularly handles lease agreements for small start-up companies leasing a few hundred square feet of shop space to negotiating leases with corporations such as Wal-Mart and Starbucks.
Over the time of his practice, Mr. Endres has owned and participated as counsel for more than four hundred thousand square feet of commercial property and multiple businesses, giving him first-hand experience that has proven invaluable in the handling of client business and real estate matters. His practice includes, but is not limited to, real estate and business purchase and sale contracts, 1031 exchanges, commercial property leasing (representing both landlords and tenants), business entity structuring and operation, partition and dissolution of real estate ownership and businesses, landlord/tenant dispute resolutions, property management representation, development and construction advising, loan acquisition consultation and issue resolution, and much more in the worlds of real estate and business.
