Professional Experience:

Mr. Endres has practiced commercial real estate for over twenty-five years, successfully negotiating purchase and sale agreements that exceed $800 million and representing clients who own more than one billion dollars in real property. He regularly handles lease agreements for small start-up companies leasing a few hundred square feet of shop space to massive corporations such as WalMart.

Over the last ten years, Mr. Endres has owned and participated as counsel for more than four hundred thousand square feet of commercial property and multiple businesses, fueling his personal passion in business and real estate matters. His practice includes, but is not limited to, purchase and sale contracts, 1031 exchanges, commercial property leasing, business entity structuring, operation, partition and dissolution, landlord/tenant dispute resolutions, property management representation, development and construction advising, loan acquisition and resolution, and so much more.

For ten years of his early practice, Mr. Endres had an active caseload of federal and state litigation matters of various types. This litigation experience has led to a deep belief that litigation should be viewed as a last resort.  He understands that litigation is expensive, slow, frustrating and uncertain.  For this reason, Mr. Endres is committed to making his best efforts to keep his clients out of litigation, either by anticipating issues that may lead to disputes or finding a creative resolution to an active dispute.

In all areas, it is Ms. Elizondo’s goal to use the courts as little as possible as she strongly believes the best outcomes result from individuals making the choice to come to an agreement that is on their own terms. In those instances, when the parties are unable to come to resolution and unfortunately, litigation is necessary, Ms. Elizondo believes in being a zealous advocate for the client’s rights.

Ms. Elizondo  has a strong background in small business administration, specifically in restaurant and construction areas. This background in the everyday administration has given her a practical understanding of the ways in which law could effectively prevent or resolve issues that business owners experience on a day to day basis. Examples of this type of work include drafting vendor contracts that anticipate areas where issues may arise and negotiating lease provisions that will be more favorable in the operation of the specific business.

When not practicing law, you will find her exploring Shasta County, visiting our lakes, waterfalls, hiking trails, locally-owned restaurants, and vintage shops. She welcomes any recommendations on places to explore.
